YCOA Spring 2010 Karate Tournament art

We are gearing up for our big Karate tournament in a few months.
We had a few designs, but settled on this one.
Design for the Spring 2010 tournament
I had to change it to vector for printing. I got it down to 6 colors, so hopefully it comes out ok! (The patch should have the same.)
We are trying a new approach. Instead of having each shirt printed before the event, we get the design on transfer sheets. (They are easier to store.)
We use ProWorld they can make custom transfers at their PWcustom site.
In order to keep costs down we are getting over 500 prints (on 250 sheets) it will go to two other states. The only real downside, is we have to have a heat press at our events to make them when people order them.
